Isabel - a year in pictures

So I decided to take pictures of Isabel each month to track her growth. I used a blanket that a very dear friend gave me right after I had Isabel. I am so glad that I did this!! I wish I had done the same thing with Addison!! Please excuse how huge I was in this first picture. By the time Isabel was 5 days old I had lost 25lbs. (water weight) Hence the swollen mommy!!

Isabel is One!!!

I Can't believe my baby girl is 1!!!!

This is her sporting her birthday tutu. Her birthday was a ladybug theme.

I LOVE that smile!

This is just some of the decor. I put pictures of her throughout her first year all thru the house.

I made ladybugs and the number one and pasted them on clothes pins.

She got TONS of clothes. I love dressing her up.



She really enjoyed her cake. I put it in front of her and she did not miss a beat. She gobbled it up.

I had a local cake company make this cake. I brought them a picture of her decorations and they hit it spot on!!!

I can't believe how the year has flown by!!! I am so excited to find out what the second year of your life has in store!!

Valentine Pictures

I know this is really late, but better late than never. I went and got Valentine pictures done of Addison and Isabel. A really good friend of mine and an incredible photography took them for me. The pictures are a little grainy because my scanner is not the best.

Gatlinburg

We went on a family trip to Gatlinburg last month for Valentine's weekend. My sister, her husband and daughter, as well as, my dad and stepmom. Matt's parents came up from Chattanooga for a day. It snowed everyday were were there.

Matt and Addison spent TONS of time swinging and watching the snow fall. This was Addison's favorite place at the cabin.

Addison went ice skating for the first time!!! She had a blast at first but about halfway around the rink she was done.

My stepmom, Dodi, fixed the girls waffles and ice cream for breakfast one morning. Harleigh-Grace and Addison gobbled it up.

We were snowed in for a day so we chilled and watched movies.

We went to Ripley's Aquarium and saw so many different sea life. The girls couldn't take their eyes off of the fish.

Addison LOVED this place. I really wish memphis had an aquarium.

Addison can get comfortable anywhere!
